What is a Big Bang? A Big Bang is a collaborative fan event between writers, artists, and sometimes betas. It's meant to create fanfictions with accompanying fanart based on a specific theme, character, or ship.

How does a Big Bang work? Writers provide a summary of their piece, which artists then choose the summaries they would most like to work with. Writers and artists, along with a beta if the writer asked for one, are teamed together and artists then create a piece based on their partner's work.

Can the relationship between Momo and Kyouka be platonic or does it have to be strictly romantic? Their relationship can be written as either platonic or romantic, so long as it focuses on Momo and Kyouka.

Will NSFW content be allowed? Yes!

Can I drop out of the event if needed? Absolutely. We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may not have enough time in your schedule to dedicate to the event. All we ask is that you notify a mod if that happens so we can make the necessary adjustments.

Is Discord required to join? Yes. All participants are required to have Discord as most of our communication will be done via our server.

Can I sign-up with a pre-arranged partner/team? Yes, we will ask you during sign-ups asking if you already have a pre-arranged partner and/or team.

Can I sign up as more than one role? Absolutely! You will have to fill out all of the designated forms if you would like to do so.

How will partners be assigned? Mods will go through pairings after the Summary Submissions & Summary Selections period. Artists and Betas will be teamed with Writers based on their preferred summaries. We will try our best to pair up everyone with their first choice.

What is a Pinch Hitter? A Pinch Hitter is a writer or artist who steps in on the occasion where one or more participants has to drop out. During pinch hitter sign-ups, we will ask you up until what point in the event would pinch hitters be willing to be called in.

What is a Beta Reader? A Beta Reader is someone who reads over a writer's work and acts as an editor to catch any possible mistakes, plot-holes and cohesion slips that might have been overlooked during the writing process.

Side pairings will be allowed, but we ask you to keep in mind that a piece must remain Momojirou-centric.

This event will either be 16+ or 18+ depending on the interest check results.

Writers must create a piece that is 5k in length, while artists must create one (1) fully colored piece.

It's up to the participants if they would like to create more than one piece.

NSFW content will be allowed to 18+ participants.

Any content or trigger warnings must be properly tagged.

Because the mods are 18+, we will allow content of any kind as long as it's properly tagged.

All fanfiction and fanart must be newly created for the event. Signing up with a work in progress is allowed, but works that have been publicly shared and/or talked about before the event will not be allowed.

Plagiarism will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban from the event.

We ask you to be kind and respectful towards one another. Any sort of bullying or discrimination will not be tolerated and will result in being banned from the event.
